We're looking for a talented and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver a high-quality menu throughout the week, with a particular flair for creating signature Sunday lunches that truly stand out.
About the Role
Lead and manage the kitchen team across all services
Create, develop and maintain a full, high-quality menu lunches, evening dishes and specials
Design and deliver exceptional signature Sunday roasts that become a key highlight of our offering
Oversee all food preparation, presentation and service standards
Manage stock control, ordering, waste, and kitchen budgets
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Train, mentor and motivate junior staff, promoting a positive kitchen culture
About You
Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong background in British and contemporary cuisine
Proven ability to create flavour-driven dishes with consistent quality
Creative, organised and able to run a busy kitchen efficiently
Excellent leadership and communication skills
