Le Flamant are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef with a proven track record. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the management team at this excellent restaurant.

You will have a strong background in food preparation and safety. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food production and hospitality.

The role would suit someone looking to take ownership of a menu and impart their own personality on the dishes that are served. Whilst not quite a blank canvas it is certainly a role that will offer freedom to be creative.

salary will be generous and negotiable for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining quality and consistency. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen. Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee the highest quality of dishes served. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle any customer feedback or complaints regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef within a restaurant or catering environment. would suit a chef keen to take the next step in his/her career. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen management. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a positive workplace culture. Experience in menu planning, food production, and cost control is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
