Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service principles
Skills:
- Food safety knowledge and certification
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide an excellent dining experience for guests
- Proficient in food production techniques, including cooking, and plating
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
