Excellent team work, leadership and communication skills
Previous experience as a senior in a fine dining setting
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring quality and consistency.
Work closely with the Exec Chef and Restaurant Manager to maintain smooth service.
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen.
Train and support junior chefs as needed.
Uphold the restaurant's vision as we push towards AA Rosette status.
