We're looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our restaurant on King's Road and play a key role in our next chapter of growth.

As Head Chef, you'll be in charge of our kitchen, where consistency and quality are central to everything we do. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of Mucci's, influence the menu, and help develop our talented brigade as we expand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver outstanding Italian cuisine Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene Manage stock, food costs, and supplier relationships efficiently Recruit, train, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff Uphold Mucci's reputation for quality, elegance, and service

Proven experience in a premium restaurant setting Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine Strong leadership skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure A hands-on attitude and a genuine love for cooking and hospitality Passion for high-quality ingredients
