We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Head chef to lead our team, we are in the process of expanding our company into our 3rd site & we're looking for an experienced & passionate head chef to lead our kitchen brigade.
Blue Fox pub company is a 100% fresh food business, as a head chef you will be the key person creating seasonally changing menus & specials. if you have creative flair, are a calm & influential leader & most importantly, a passion for great food! we want to hear from you!
This role would be perfect for a current Head chef or experienced Sous Chef looking to join an expanding company with real opportunities for both personal & career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create high-quality dishes for our seasonal menu changes.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
- Manage your kitchen, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to guidelines.
- Train and mentor kitchen team members on culinary techniques and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Be the heart of our kitchen team, teach, mentor & coach junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar fresh food operation.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise kitchen staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 36,000.00-38,000.00 per year
