Job Description

Lytham House is looking for a driven, creative & passionate Head Chef to join our team, working directly alongside the General Manager. This role is all about creativity & development - creating lasting relationships with local suppliers whilst guiding and inspiring the kitchen brigade.

Rate of Pay



40,000 per annum base salary + TRONC (circa 5k per annum) + up to 7.1k bonus Based on circa 46 hours a week You will NOT be expected to work over your contracted hours Pay is processed on the last Friday of every month

Our Venue & The Role



This role has become available due to progression within the company. Head Chef Tom and the team have worked hard to earn Lytham House it's first AA Rosette and we aren't slowing the pace. As Head Chef, you will be driving standards and creativity to earn the deserved recognition for the provenance & seasonality that is at the heart of Lytham House.

Drive &

passion

- having a can do, will do & want to attitude is at the heart of our business. Experience of working within a fast-paced fresh food business. Appetite for developing dishes and exploring flavours. Strong leadership talent for inspiring and coaching junior members of the brigade. Capable of delivering 1500+ covers per week. Comfortable allowing your

personality

shine working within a brigade of 10 chefs. Experience of working in a similar role with proven results - Executive Chef / Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef. Proven track record of successful menu implementation & project management. Passion for excellence &

quality

. Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.
