Head Chef - Michelin Guide Restaurant - Chelsea -55-65k
Lead a talented brigade in a prestigious, independent Chelsea restaurant renowned for its modern British, seasonal food. Closed Sunday and Monday!
We are seeking a dedicated and creative Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen at this highly regarded, Michelin Guide-listed establishment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader to shape the culinary direction of a beloved local restaurant with a strong reputation for quality.
The Restaurant & Role:

• Independent, modern British/European brasserie in the heart of Chelsea.
• Michelin Guide-listed, focusing on seasonal, high-quality produce.
• Simple, elegant plates with a maximum of four key ingredients.
• Covers: 70 seats, plus a 15-cover private dining room and a large courtyard.
• Busy service with up to 150 covers per day at peak.
• Strong event and wedding business.
• You will report directly to the owner with full autonomy over the kitchen.

The Ideal Head Chef:

• A proven leader with experience as a Head Chef with financial control
• A demonstrable background in creating fresh, seasonal, modern menus.
• Expert in all kitchen management: food costing, rotas, menu creation, and development.
• Hands-on approach, leading a brigade of 7 chefs by example.
• A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
