Location:

Lloyds Banking Group Head office - Birmingham City Central Location

Rate of pay:

35,000 per annum

Working pattern:

37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)

About The Role:



We are very excited about our Quick Service Diner concept to be launch at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer fits into a brand-new look and feel for the whole Lloyds office building.

Our amazing food offer will also consist of weekly hot counter "Pop Ups" including dishes from our Pizza station & Rotisserie station, along a Fresh Baked Goods Chef's table and daily office hospitality menus.

Key Responsibilities:



To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers Managing a team of 5 Chefs Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team Provide feedback and coaching on performance To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training
