40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm

We're looking for a dynamic

Head Chef

to lead our culinary team across

two vibrant sites on a large, modern campus in Ware

. This is more than a kitchen job - it's a chance to shape exceptional employee dining experiences for a diverse, engaged community.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading with flavour - bringing fresh, innovative menus to life with locally sourced ingredients. Inspiring and developing a talented kitchen team of up to 8 team members, to deliver consistently high-quality food and service. Working closely with our hospitality and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences. Managing daily operations with creativity, precision, and a love for what you do.
