We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Maintain equipment and kitchen cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management. Previous restaurant experience is essential; hospitality experience is highly desirable. A passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu development.
