About the venue

The venue will be a 7 day a week operation in the heart of London's most popular late party destination. The kitchen will be operating with dinner service and lunch/brunch offerings on certain days. An opportunity to bring the famous house party vibe to a new audience with the largest house ever created at The Little Door & Co.

About the role

Your role as HC will be to run the kitchen and kitchen. Team. An in-depth knowledge of food safety, stock control through affective ordering & GP control, team management and quality control for wow factor food.

Key Responsibilities:

Be an ambassador for The Little Door & Co, embodying company values and leading by example Ensuring that Guests have the best experience through exceptional food delivered by all team members. Maintaining exceptional standards across kitchen A solid understanding of margin control, revenue growth and food cost management Ensuring all due diligence and food safety measured are followed by the whole kitchen team Maintain brand integrity through food items made to spec's 100% of the time.
Who You Are:

A proven leader with significant experience in kitchen management, preferably in bars or similar venues Passionate about creating wow factor dishes to surprise guests and exceed expectations Highly organised, diligent, and commercially astute. Capable of managing a high-revenue business An excellent communicator, able to build relationships with staff not only in the kitchen but with the FOH management & staff. Committed to staff development and fostering a positive working culture

Pay: 49,000.00-51,000.00 per year
