Well we are looking for a Head Chef for a very busy Cafe on Newcastle's Quayside. This is a very busy place for breakfast, brunch and lunch so some experience of working at volume would be handy. Breakfast is served every day from 8am and closing at 4pm. If you are you a dynamic and enthusiastic team player this could be for you. If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to be part of one of Newcastle's busiest cafes then this is the role for you. We have a strong reputation, providing quality in food, drinks and service. This venue has a great busy breakfast trade with a strong lunch service.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure a high standard of service and hospitality. Fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Manage food preparation and cooking to specification, while also managing inventory and supplies. Opportunity to develop and create your own menus.
Qualifications
Senior Line Chef/ Sous chef experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong self management Culinary and food safety knowledge Experience in food preparation and cooking Background in food production and kitchen operations

Pay: From 35,000.00 per year
