Head chef/kitchen manager position to join our fast expanding team for a new concept producing small plates/tapas in a very fast paced environment. An eye to detail and similar cheffing experience is desired as well as being able to work independently and part of a team.
Duties include looking after and managing the kitchen and overall site, making sure it meets all FSA requirements, stock order and audits, taking charge and responsibilty of a team and making sure all food is served to standard and spec.
