The Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a talented kitchen team
- Designing and executing innovative, seasonal menus
- Managing kitchen operations, stock, budgets, and GP targets
- Ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Working closely with front-of-house and management to deliver an outstanding guest experience
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment.
- Is passionate about fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative menu development.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Thrives under pressure and leads by example.
- Has sound knowledge of food safety, allergens, and cost control.
