We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation to team management, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standard of service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to guest preferences Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation skills Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace

Experience

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong background in food production and preparation techniques Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management Extensive culinary experience with a passion for cooking and creativity in menu development Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen Previous restaurant experience is essential, with an understanding of serving protocols Pan Asian Cuision knowledge required
