Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service to meet established standards
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimise profitability
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen
Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive team environment centred on hospitality excellence
Collaborate with management on operational improvements and customer service initiatives
Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to ensure smooth functioning and timely delivery of dishes
Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management and staff development

Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
