Head Chef

to lead our kitchen team. Known for our warm hospitality, stunning setting, and exceptional food, we host weddings that create lifelong memories. We are now looking for a culinary leader who shares our commitment to quality, consistency, and creativity.

Role Overview



As Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring a first-class dining experience for every couple and their guests. You will have the autonomy to refine and develop menus, lead and inspire the kitchen team, and maintain the highest standards of food preparation, hygiene, and service.

Key Responsibilities



Control and direct food preparation and collaborate with members of the kitchen team. Lead, motivate, and mentor the kitchen team. Oversee menu planning, costing, and seasonal menu development. Ensure exceptional quality and presentation of all dishes. Manage stock levels, suppliers, and ordering. Maintain compliance with all food hygiene, safety, and allergen standards. Work closely with the events team to deliver seamless wedding and event service. Manage kitchen budgets and contribute to operational efficiency. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.

About You



We're looking for someone who:

Has proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef in a high-quality events, banqueting, or hotel environment. Is calm, organised, and confident when catering for large numbers. Brings creativity and flair to menu design. Is a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, family-run business. Takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality dishes. Has excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
