Draycote Water near Rugby is a popular visitor attraction and the Waterside Restaurant at Draycote Water is a busy, vibrant restaurant that is also a destination restaurant.
We are looking for a Head Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently in a Head Chef role or looking to step into a more senior role in a fast paced kitchen environment, cooking and producing freshly prepared dishes.
You will work closely with the kitchen team and support them in maintaining high standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and producing fresh dishes for service
- Ensuring consistent standards of cooking and presentation
- Maintaining 5 star EHO rating
- Assisting with menu development
- Overseeing stock control, ordering and daily cleaning standards
As a daytime operation this position involves straight daytime shifts (Standard hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm) 5 days a week.

Position includes weekend working on a rota basis.
