Responsibilities

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct regular quality checks on dishes before they are served to customers. Foster a positive team environment, encouraging creativity and collaboration among kitchen staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
