Job Description
Dolce Vita is a popular Italian restaurant in the heart of Ainsdale, known for authentic flavours, fresh ingredients, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're now looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen and continue our reputation for exceptional Italian dining.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 5 years' kitchen experience, including 4 years in a senior role Strong knowledge and passion for authentic Italian cuisine Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills A hands-on approach to leadership and team motivation
Key responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality Develop and execute seasonal menus inspired by Italian traditions Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen costs effectively Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
