Job Description

Dukes Bar & Bistro is a vibrant, modern venue in the heart of Ainsdale, serving quality bistro-style dishes made with passion and fresh, seasonal ingredients. We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help us continue delivering exceptional food and service.

What we're looking for:



5 years' kitchen experience, including 4 years in a senior role. Strong background in bistro cuisine and fresh, seasonal cooking. Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills. A hands-on, motivated leader with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:



Oversee all kitchen operations and maintain high food standards. Develop and execute menus that reflect our bistro identity. Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen costs effectively. Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team.
