We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen best practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. Conduct regular quality checks on food items before they are served to guests.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry. Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques. Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while promoting a positive work culture. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In-depth understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with staff and guests alike. A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development is essential.
