Looking for a new Head Chef.

With strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

Have the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Have access to your own vehicle with early starts and evening finishes.

Be available to work over a 7 day flexible rota, including weekends, bank holidays and festive periods.

Eligible to work in the UK.

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations. If you have a flair for creativity, a commitment to quality, and the enthusiasm to enhance our food offerings, we want to hear from you!

Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation. Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards in taste and food safety. Provide leadership and training to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive environment. Monitor inventory, order supplies and control food costs Collaborate with the events team to create bespoke menus for functions, weddings, dinners and special occasions. Maintain cleanliness and organisation adhering to food safety , health and safety and compliance Engage with our members and guests to gather feedback and continually improve our offerings
