We're looking for a dynamic and experienced

Head Chef

to take ownership of the kitchen, deliver consistently high-quality Italian dishes, mentor a talented team and help define our culinary identity.

What the Role Involves

Lead kitchen operations from prep through service, ensuring dishes meet our high standards of taste, presentation and consistency. Oversee menu delivery focused on Italian-inspired classics: pasta, risotto, antipasti, pizzas and more. Manage kitchen cost control, portioning, presentation specification, food safety and allergen compliance. Inspire, train and develop your kitchen team, building a positive, efficient and creative environment.
What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a Sous Chef/Head Chef (or significant senior Chef) preferably in an Italian or Italian-influenced restaurant. Strong skills in Italian cookery: pasta work, risotto, antipasti, sauces, finishing--plus a drive for flavour, authenticity and quality. Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills; calm under pressure, focused on standards and teamwork. Commitment to food safety, allergen protocols, hygiene and kitchen discipline.
