Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility of day to day management of overall kitchen
- Delivering the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the Restaurant
- Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
- All aspects of health & safety
- Currently be at Head Chef level within a restaurant environment, Experience with fresh food and working creatively would be ideal
- Working in busy environments
- passion to work with various cuisines and spice-led flavours
- Love great food and good service!
