Supervise kitchen staff, including training new team members and conducting performance evaluations. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively. Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to optimise kitchen operations. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
