Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Head Coach to manage our Blackwood Academy weekly sessions. This is specifically for our Sunday morning Mini Ballers Sessions (2-3 Year olds). Coaching Team is already in place, we need a high energy individual to take ownership of the sessions, making sure their are up to the We Make Footballers standards. This is future opportunity to work with the older age groups, in particular on Wednesdays.

We Make Footballers are a professional football coaching company welcoming players of all abilities aged 4-12. With over 75 franchises in the UK and more than 200 venues running sessions, we are looking for the best coaches to join the We Make Footballers team!

In order to run our weekly sessions, you will need a strong coaching background, experience working with 4-12 age groups and strong leadership qualities to help you lead a team of coaches. A key part of the role is being able to train up your coaching team so that they can also progress as coaches, there is also a bonus scheme for coaches developing under your guidance and the number of players attending the sessions.

As a fully trained Head Coach, you will also be offered opportunities to take on 1-2-1 customers to increase your experience working with players and your earning potential.
