The Role
As a Head Cocktail Waiter, you will:
Lead by example on the floor, delivering intuitive, world-class service in our Members' Club cocktail areas.
Supervise and inspire the cocktail service team, ensuring consistency, precision, and elegance in every guest interaction.
Support the Club Management team with floor operations, table allocations, and daily briefings.
Maintain product knowledge of our cocktail list, premium spirits, and seasonal offerings to confidently engage with members.
Uphold the Club's service rituals and ensure smooth coordination with the bar and floor teams.
Handle member requests with discretion, warmth, and efficiency in line with The Twenty Two's ethos.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture, with a deep appreciation for luxury hospitality and craftsmanship.
You will have:
Proven experience as a senior waiter or head waiter in a high-end bar, members' club, or luxury restaurant.
Exceptional product knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, and classic service styles.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
The confidence and presence to deliver an elevated guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the cocktail service team during service.
Liaise closely with the bar, hosts, and management to ensure seamless delivery.
Assist with menu updates, tastings, and staff training sessions.
Anticipate guest needs, adapting service to suit the tone of the Club's environment.
Support the induction and ongoing development of new team members.
Contribute to creating a welcoming, sophisticated, and fun environment for all members and guests.

Holiday entitlement increases: 2 days at 2 years' length of service, and a further 3 days at 5 years' length of service, prorated to your contract hours.
