You'll be leading a small kitchen team, making sure everything runs smoothly and to a high standard. The focus will be on preparing great food, keeping the kitchen in top shape, and making sure our customers leave happy.
What we're after:
Experience running or helping run a kitchen (Head Cook, Sous Chef or similar)
A hands-on attitude and great attention to detail
A Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate (essential)
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
Someone reliable, positive, and able to lead a small team
Understanding of allergens
