Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the management team to develop cost-effective strategies for menu planning and pricing
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to established standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve culinary offerings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and culinary terminology
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
