Viva Dental is excited to welcome a

Head Dental Nurse

to our brand-new clinic. We're looking for a motivated, mature-minded team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to provide outstanding oral health services to the local community. In addition your role will include carrying out clinical compliance for the practice.

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting dentists during clinical procedures Supporting patients before, during and after treatment Providing advice and reassurance to patients, including post-treatment care Recording, collecting, and analysing patient information Sterilisation and decontamination of instruments and clinical areas Logging maintenance and compliance data Contributing to audits, compliance checks and health & safety Taking part in regular team meetings and personal development reviews Upholding the cleanliness and safety of all practice areas Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards at all times Promoting a culture of teamwork and high performance

What We're Looking For:

Patient-focused and empathetic approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Awareness of decontamination protocols and cross-infection control A strong sense of initiative and drive for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Dental Nurse Qualification (Experienced trainees may also be considered) GDC Registration and valid indemnity cover (or in process) Enhanced DBS check Immunisation clearance for exposure-prone procedures Two references Previous dental experience is essential

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday
