We're Hiring: Head Dental Nurse

4 Days per Week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

1-2 Saturdays per Month

Salary: 15-17 per hour (Negotiable based on Experience)

Your Role:

As our new

Head Dental Nurse

, you will:

Lead and support a team of 4 dedicated dental nurses to ensure smooth daily operations Work directly with our General Dentistry and

Implant Dentist

to deliver world-class patient care Provide exceptional chairside assistance, ensuring the comfort of our patients every step of the way Manage stock, equipment, and patient records to keep the practice running like clockwork Take on a leadership role, mentoring and guiding junior nurses, while fostering a positive, team-focused environment Help maintain the highest standards of infection control and clinical safety

What We're Looking For:

Qualified

Dental Nurse

with

GDC registration

Experience with

Nurse Management

and

Implants

- a must! Strong leadership abilities, with the confidence to manage and motivate a team Excellent communicator - you're friendly, approachable, and professional Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy environment Flexible and ready to take on new challenges
