Job Summary


Theoretical and Practical experience with Equity Derivatives across the life cycle of a product and with Risk Analytics and Market Data Strong scope and accountability management Strong analytical and synthetic mindset Strong inquiries and diagnosis abilities Hands-on with data and tools driving deliveries and designs with business product owners and engineers

Delivery



Deliver Equity Derivatives projects & Tech Solutions for FM (EFD) and CMPS. Scope management: Work with business stakeholders to manage delivery scope, schedule, and mitigation of identified risks. Drive cross-team coordination and prioritization of work related to Products, Segments, T&I Develop and execute Risk, analytics, and AI plans. Analyze backlog and priorities. Responsive to ad-hoc drills on any aspects of the programs / projects

Horizon scanning for opportunities to improve technologies and solutions for the business

People & Talent



Hiring and developing of talents to meet milestones and project's needs.

Risk Management



Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.

Maintain programs and projects governance in line with the bank delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities


Regulatory & Business Conduct

Serve as a Director of the Board Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)

Business Head/Senior Stakeholders Senior Stakeholders within Risk and the Quant space (MAG) Senior Technology Stakeholders within CIB TTO across platform and architecture

Skills and Experience


Data management, platforms, and pipelines Data and analytics tools Python Versed in genAI / using tools to bring efficiency to deliveries Broad understanding of technology & modern stacks Good understanding of Equity Derivatives and Marking Tools + Pricing concepts Experienced with project/tech delivery methodologies - Agile/scrum and ADO

Qualifications


Education



Masters degree in a CS, Maths or Physics field

Certifications



CFA or FRM a plus Certification in relation to EQD domain a plu
The candidate must have at least 15 years of relevant experience Equity Derivatives deep expertise Delivering Data solutions, Risk analytics For Equity Derivatives Ms in a CS, Maths or Physics field and economics as a plus CFA, FRM a plus
