Football Coach

to lead the launch of our

Football Accelerator System

at our Norwich venue.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our system right here in Norfolk. You'll lead and deliver all sessions, helping players across all phases sharpen their technical execution through our proven high-intensity model.

The Role

Lead weekly FAS sessions at our new Norwich location across all age phases (U7-U14). Deliver high-repetition, elite-level coaching focused on our

Six Pillars of Elite Football Mastery

:

Passing, Receiving, Turning, Dribbling, Finishing, 1v1 Situations.

Implement our phase-specific structure:

Discovery (U7-U8)

Foundation (U9-U10)

Performance (U11-U12)

Champion (U13-U14)

Track player development through our testing model and provide detailed, individualised feedback via the FFE Hub. Build a strong, supportive training environment that inspires commitment and progression.

What We're Looking For

UEFA C Licence (minimum) or working towards it Proven coaching experience with youth players (U7-U14) Passion for structured, technical development Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Clear DBS check and valid safeguarding certification
