Summary

We are seeking a passionate Gardener to join our team at Bourton Hall. Located at our beautiful venue, Bourton Hall in Rugby, you will play a vital role in maintaining the picturesque landscapes that enhance our couples' wedding experiences. Your contributions will help create the perfect backdrop for dream weddings.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance the gardens and grounds of our wedding venue. Irrigate plants and manage watering schedules to ensure healthy growth. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various landscaping tasks. Perform regular groundskeeping duties to keep the areas tidy and presentable. Assist in planting, pruning, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees. Collaborate with the events team to prepare outdoor spaces for weddings and events.

Requirements

Proven experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care techniques. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Good physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work. Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes.
