The Role
Leading the team in their role and required duties Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home Supervision of your team and actively encourage their development Understand residents needs and ensure these are being met Ensure the laundry of residents clothing is to the highest standard Attend resident/relative meetings Rota and Budget Management
