We are looking for an excellent full time Head Housekeeper to join our friendly team. As a Head Housekeeper your role would be key to ensure the well-being of the guests and make their experience a memorable one. The Head Housekeeper will have impeccable eye for detail, high standards of service, great leadership skills to lead their team in delivering the best service and perfect grooming list as the role will bring you to face the guests. Cleaning & room presentation is to be of the highest level. In return we can offer the ideal candidate:-

Our Requirements:-

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality industry is required (at least 5 years This is a hands on role and you will be expected to help your team clean and set up rooms if needed Strong leadership skills Ensure that employees receive ongoing training and hold staff meetings to keep employees updated on all procedures and policies Ensure that all the shifts are properly covered, team member productivity and room cleanliness is of the highest order Ensure bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest-level of cleanliness and hygiene Ensure correct levels of stock including chemicals, consumables and linen are kept at a working level by using a par stocking process Work closely with the linen supplier ensuring counts and orders are placed in a timely manner. Ensure sufficient levels of linen are in line with the hotel's occupancy
