Duties include:
Running our small department to a very high standard
Supervising all team members including training and rotas
Liaising closely with the Office manager to ensure all requests are carried out for guests
Liasing with management to ensure repairs and any issues within suites are resolved
Serving breakfast to each guest in the morning in their suite.
Cleaning including bathrooms, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
Adhering to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Responsibility for the cleaning of the restaurant each morning
Maintaining stock levels of products for each suite and cleaning products on a weekly basis and liasing with purchasing for this
Hours of work:
Wednesday to Sunday 7am - 2pm, closed Christmas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
