We are looking for a Head Housekeeper to join our family! The Haymarket Hotel is a family owned and operated business with 70 bedrooms right in the heart of Edinburgh. Joining our team you will become part of the family, we understand there should be a good work life balance and offer flexible working hours. Your average day will start at 07:30 and finish before 16:00. As Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleanliness of all rooms, communal areas and ensuring standards are consistently met. This includes conducting regular checks and providing additional training to staff where required. Strong communication and people-management skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the housekeeping team on a daily basis. Experience with managing a team is essential.
