is a fast-growing, local company providing premium housekeeping and property care services across beautiful holiday homes in Cornwall. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced

Head Housekeeper

to lead and support our hardworking team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who takes pride in high standards, enjoys working in a team, and is confident managing multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned properties Supervise and support the housekeeping team to maintain high standards Ensure efficient turnaround of holiday lets during changeovers Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping stock Communicate effectively with office staff and other departments Maintain a positive, proactive attitude during busy peak periods

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience Strong organisational and time management skills Keen attention to detail and pride in presentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible with working hours, including weekends and school holidays Full UK driving licence (essential)
