Minimum 2 days per week (Monday & Thursday fixed), with a third day to be agreed

15-25 per hour depending on experience, ability, and work ethic

We're seeking a

hardworking and dynamic Head Housekeeper

to join the team at

Wilde Lodge

, a busy, high-end wedding and events venue. This is a great opportunity for someone practical and energetic who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in keeping things running smoothly.

The Role

You'll take ownership of keeping the lodge and grounds immaculate and event-ready. Working closely with our events team, you'll help manage turnovers, organise supplies, and lead small cleaning teams to ensure each wedding and stay is perfectly presented.

You'll:

Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation across the site. Lead and motivate others through example and teamwork. Manage supplies, laundry, and daily turnovers efficiently. Support the wider team to make sure each event runs seamlessly. Bring energy, reliability, and attention to detail to every task.
