As Assistant Head Concierge, you will be at the forefront of our guest interactions, orchestrating the seamless flow of arrivals and departures while attending to their every need with precision and care. Your days will be filled with excitement as you collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure each guest's stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the concierge desk, ensuring smooth coordination of arrivals and departures. Manage guest requests efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail. Provide hands-on assistance, from answering incoming calls to assisting with luggage and facilitating check-ins and check-outs. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, embodying warmth and impeccable presentation in every interaction. Collaborate closely with our team of ambitious, friendly individuals, fostering a down-to-earth yet professional atmosphere. Embrace the finer details, infusing passion into every aspect of your role to exceed guest expectations.
