Job Description

We are looking for a wonderful Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team to make our hotel shiny and super clean.

This is a job for a great hands-on enthusiastic person who wants their energy and sparkle to be appreciated and rewarded. You will love being well organised and leading with enthusiasm and drive.

The Housekeeping team works hours based around 9am-3pm and this also requires alternate weekend working in total about 28/30 hours per week.

Goldstone Hall is a charming old part half timbered Manor house with 12 bedrooms and modern sparkly bathrooms, 5 miles in between Newport and Market Drayton. It has a full in house laundry for our personalised bed linens. It has many awards for its quality of hospitality, Its food and cleanliness.

The Head Housekeeper is a key part of the management team and will enjoy the challenge of maintaining and developing high standards of meticulous cleanliness, at one of the best hotels for miles around.

Initial pay will be in the 16-18 per hour range depending on experience but will rise as the job holder develops the team and the quality and consistency of housekeeping.
