Head Housekeeper

Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round.

Key Job Responsibilities

Deliver a great guest experience through providing a high standard of cleaning throughout the hotel. Communicate the daily tasks and priorities to the wider housekeeping department Supervise and provide guidance to the housekeeping team, including scheduling shifts and managing staff performance. Communicate effectively with all staff members, providing clear instructions and positive contribution to the work environment Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and safety regulations Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the housekeeping department Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.

About you

Have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrate a can-do attitude. Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Have excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to colleagues and customers. Ability to work in a team. Ability to work a flexible shift pattern.
