The Role

As Head Housekeeper, you will take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring our rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standard at all times. You'll manage and support two reliable housekeepers who are already well-established and familiar with our standards.

This is a

part-time role

, and

working hours are negotiable

to suit the right candidate. Weekend availability may be required on occasion.

? Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate housekeeping duties across all guest rooms and public areas Supervise and support housekeeping staff Ensure cleaning standards consistently meet 5-star expectations Manage linen, stock levels and cleaning supplies Liaise with management and front-of-house to ensure seamless guest experiences Implement and maintain health & safety and hygiene protocols
About You

Proven experience in a similar housekeeping or supervisory role High attention to detail and standards of cleanliness Friendly, reliable, and proactive with a hands-on approach Able to lead a small team with confidence and respect Flexible and adaptable to seasonal business needs A love for working in a beautiful rural environment is a must!
