About the Role

As Head Housekeeper, you'll take ownership of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort across our modern facility. You'll lead, train, and motivate your team to ensure every area - from bedrooms to therapy spaces - reflects the calm, uplifting environment our residents deserve.

You'll also manage stock levels, coordinate cleaning schedules, and work closely with our care and therapy teams to make Neu Living a place where people feel proud to live, visit, and work.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in housekeeping, ideally within a healthcare, hospitality, or care setting Leads by example - inspiring others through teamwork, pride, and attention to detail Understands infection control and safe use of cleaning products and equipment Takes genuine satisfaction in creating a positive environment for others Goes the extra mile - whether it's helping a resident find a missing belonging, adding a special touch to a room, or simply brightening someone's day
