Job Description

We are recruiting for a head housekeeper to oversee 3 hotels all located in Thurso.

80 bedrooms in total ~ full all summer but very quiet in winter.

This is a hands-on role during quieter months involving recruitment, training and leading the team to ensure that a high standard is achieved and maintained.

The role involves;

Training the team Managing laundry ordering Managing ordering of housekeeping and cleaning materials Setting the standards and ensure it they are met consistently Managing staff accommodation to supervise standards
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a supervisory housekeeping role.
