Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Head Lifeguard in a full-time position working 40 hours per week, must be available for weekend work. So if you're a team player and want to work in a fast pace environment, then we are for you.
While your main focus will be on leading and supporting a team of lifeguards, you will also influence the wider poolside experience by identifying opportunities to elevate our member journey.
The role requirements:
This position requires a current NPLQ and is subject to a DBS check.
To support the building, forming and retention of our lifeguard team To create an environment for our Lifeguards of team-performance through trust, challenge and accountability Accountable for overall lifeguard team performance including people, daily operation, safety and compliance to take the lead in interacting and communicating with members and team members alike, to measure current operational and experience performance, while actively seeking additional opportunities to improve effectiveness on poolside To seek and provide necessary training and development to enable our team members to grow within their roles To prepare regular updates to the Operations Manager to support the effectiveness and efficiency of our lifeguard teamBENEFITS:
