Lead with purpose. Shape a team. Deliver the standard of care you have always believed in.
If you are ready to lead but tired of being stretched thin, this might be exactly what you have been hoping for
Maybe you love nursing but feel like you are constantly juggling too many demands. Maybe you know you are capable of more leadership, more influence, more impact, but you have never quite had the right environment to grow into it. This Head Nurse role offers the chance to lead a talented team, raise clinical standards, and shape a workplace that feels calm, supportive, and genuinely proud of the care it delivers.
The Opportunity
We are working with a purpose-built small animal practice in Lincoln that has created something rare. A space where nurses are trusted, supported, and encouraged to take ownership of their clinical standards. Their team is experienced, forward thinking, and ready for a Head Nurse who will guide, support, and champion them.
They are looking for someone who brings confidence, kindness, and a real passion for lifting others up. Someone who enjoys teaching, who can nurture RVNs, students, and VCAs, and who sees leadership as a way to help others thrive rather than simply manage rotas.
If you enjoy blending hands-on clinical work with the chance to influence culture, workflow, and development, you will find a lot to love here.
Why This Role Is Different
